The Pilates method is a series of movements, guided by breathing and based on posture and body alignment. Through conscious repetition, these movements are integrated into the body and the mind. The being returns to its natural balance, free and ready to react to information from the inside and the outside.
I offer two types of sessions:
1. Pilates based on the movement of the fascias
The fascias are sets of connecting tissue rich in collagen fiber, very resistant and made primarily of water. They encase and bind bone, muscle and nerves, in depth as well as on the surface, from the toes to the top of the head, creating membranous elastic lines binding the body structure together. A proper distribution of forces between pressure points (bones) and stress points (body tissue) lends power, elasticity and stability to the moving body. The body is balanced like a suspension bridge in the wind.
The session starts with a reading of the neuro-myofascial lines of your body in motion. You are then guided through a series of Pilates movements thought out according to your body’s needs. The focus is on breathing, on areas of the body in contact with the ground and on creating spaces between these areas, in order to release tensions. At the end of the session, you will discover the changes in your body in order to integrate them with awareness.

This private Pilates session focuses attention specifically on the body. My aim is to offer tools that you can use at home, at the gym or Pilates and in everyday life.
2. Pilates and the energy information from the vertebrae
The spine, physiological and energy characteristics The spine is a very useful source of information. The nervous system along the spine sends information on movement and body functions to the rest of the organism. Tensions in the vertebrae can reveal blocked energy, crystallized emotions that constrain the being.
The session Once we have discussed your issues, we can pinpoint the tensions in your spine. We then decide together which areas require the most attention and release the tensions following these steps:
Taking a step back from what ails you by channeling it to the ground
Finding the energy blockages or leaks in your vertebrae through a slight touch along the spine
Releasing the blockages
Activating the body through basic Pilates movements so that the information flows consciously
Lining up the body’s axes
My aim is to lead you to

This session brings together my knowledge of the physical and the etheric bodies. My goal is to offer tools that allow you to feel the physical and the energy aspects of your body, so that you can make the link between them.
The body is an excellent indicator. Listening to it and communicating with it is a beautiful process of co-creation.
